1985 HUNTER 31 SLOOP - "As is" Fixer upper!

The Hunter 31 is a very popular model, it is said to sail much larger than than her 31'4" suggests. She has a shoal draft of only 4', almost a necessity in here current location.

The vessel is setup to sail single-handed with all lines running back to the cockpit.

She is powered by a Yanmar 2GM20F 16hp freshwater cooled diesel engine with 1,169 hours. Seller says it runs like a top and all of the maintenance is up to date. The motor turns a 2 bladed prop.

The cockpit has a lot of room, you have 2 storage areas under the aft seat, huge starboard lazarette and a smaller storage area to port.

Walking from the cockpit to the bow you have nice wide decks and plenty of hand holds. 2 anchors mounted up front with a large anchor locker and plenty of chain and rode.

The main salon has 6'3" of headroom and it's quite large for a 31' boat. Lot's of natural light through the many windows, this vessel has plenty of room for a couple looking to liveaboard full time.

The galley has a large stainless-steel sink, large ice box that has been converted to a fridge, 2 burner Origo 6000 gimbaled alcohol stove with oven. Ton's of storage space as in the galley and throughout the entire boat.

To port you have a good size navigation station, just aft of that a large double berth that would easily sleep 2 people comfortably. The Starboard settee folds down for another double berth. The head is good size with a Jabsco manual flush toilet and pullout faucet with shower.

Below are some of the included items, lots of additional equipment!!
